Critical Measures, LLC Recruitment Subsidiary is managed by Jerry Benston, Jr. Jerry has over 25 years of human resources experience. He is a former Vice President of Human Resources for a major financial organization, and has been an advisor to executive management on the importance of the total Human Resources and Organizational Development functions relative to inclusion, productivity and profitability.
Jerry is an accomplished presenter in the area of employment skills training, and published “The Employment Skills Reference,” a publication for the strategic job seeker. In addition, he has developed and presented diversity awareness and cultural competence education programs for major organizations throughout the United States.
