Critical Measures was among the first training and consulting organizations in the United States to specialize in Cross-Cultural Health Care. Today, over half of our business is devoted to this cutting-edge topic. Together with partners from the Harvard Medical School, Critical Measures helped create, market and sell the nation’s first e-learning program on cross-cultural medicine. Due, in part to our efforts, this product has become the nation’s leading software program for training doctors and nurses on cultural competence in health care. Articles on our work have appeared in Health Affairs, the AMA News, Managed HealthCare Executive, the Hispanic Business Journal and Minority Nurse. Our prestigious national client base has included Aetna, the AMA, HealthPartners, CareFirst, the Mayo Clinic, Lifespan, WellPoint, Texas Health Resources, HealthEast and Wheaton Franciscan Services Inc.
