Critical Measures, LLC is one of the first consulting companies in the U.S. to integrate programs and services that address the issues of cultural competence, organizational change, diversity and legal compliance.

Critical Measures focuses on the critical intersection of law and rapidly changing American culture. At Critical Measures, we believe in preventive law, and preventive law, like preventive medicine, requires education. Often the most pressing compliance problems facing employers today are related to diversity and cultural blind spots that keep even the most prudent employers from recognizing risk management hazards until it’s too late. We offer services in the areas of Cross Cultural Health Care, Employment Law Training, Diversity Training (including Diversity Issues in Intercollegiate Athletics), and Organizational Change.

Our Consultants

Critical Measures’ consultants have more than 30 years of diversity-related training and consulting experience. They represent a wide range of professional disciplines and include doctors, lawyers, business consultants, researchers, psychologists, and academics. And they represent different races, ethnicities, genders, age groups, religions, national origins, languages, cultures and sexual orientations. Nearly two-thirds of our consultants and trainers are persons of color whose heritage is African American, Arab American, Asian American, Latino, Filipino, or Somali. Approximately 60 percent of our trainers and consultants are women and 40 percent are men.
